Why I am at MATC

In today's society college is looked at as a required step in many peoples eyes to achieving their goals, but college is also known for being very stressful on the students and their families financially. In many cases students graduate their schools with enormous debt, I believe that this is a big problem facing our country. It is also the reason why I choose Milwaukee Area Technical College. Not only is it affordable it is a great school that continues to work with the community to better the community. But enough about the school on to me. I am a student and plan on being a lifelong leaner, its only right considering I am in the Information Technology Programmer/Analyst Degree program. For me technology has always been a interest of mine, ever since watching Inspector Gadget as a little one. With programming I plan controlling and powering many gadgets in my future. I'm really into mobile phones and devices. I wont get into the whole IOS vs. Android debate but...#TeamAndroid. Technology is the future and I can't wait to be apart of it.
